About this speaker
Allen Rudolph is the Offensive Line Coach and Run Game Coordinator at Charlotte, bringing nearly 30 years of experience across the FBS, FCS, junior college, and professional levels. Prior to joining Charlotte, Rudolph spent six seasons at Ohio, where his offensive lines anchored some of the most productive offenses in program history. The Bobcats won three straight bowl games and the 2024 MAC Championship, the school's first since 1968. Over his tenure, seven linemen earned All-MAC honors, and his units consistently ranked among the league’s best in rushing and pass protection—finishing top-15 nationally in fewest sacks allowed multiple times.
Rudolph previously served as the offensive line coach at Arkansas State, helping guide the Red Wolves to three bowl appearances and several top-25 national rankings in total and passing offense. His units helped set multiple school records and developed multiple All-Sun Belt selections, including Lanard Bonner and Jacob Still.
Before returning to the college ranks, Rudolph coached three seasons in the CFL with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats, reaching the playoffs each year and back-to-back Grey Cup appearances. His coaching resume includes stops at Southeastern Louisiana, Samford, Louisiana-Monroe, and others, with a consistent record of producing high-powered offenses and pro-caliber offensive linemen.
