About this speaker
George Warhop, offensive line coach for the Baltimore Ravens, brings over 40 years of coaching experience, including 27 seasons in the NFL. A veteran technician, Warhop has coached some of the league’s premier offensive linemen, including Hall of Famer Joe Thomas, perennial Pro Bowlers Larry Allen, Laremy Tunsil, and Alex Mack, and developed multiple All-Rookie selections.
His recent work with Houston in 2022 helped Tunsil achieve a league-best 91.7 PFF pass-blocking grade, allowing just one sack all season. As Jacksonville's offensive line coach (2019–21), Warhop helped produce back-to-back 1,000-yard rushers and guided rookie QB Trevor Lawrence to a franchise rookie passing record. In Tampa Bay (2014–18), his units supported top-five offenses in both rushing and passing, and in 2015 helped RB Doug Martin finish second in the NFL in rushing.
Earlier in his career, Warhop helped Frank Gore break San Francisco’s single-season rushing record and played a key role in developing rookie T Joe Staley. His time in Dallas, Cleveland, and Arizona featured multiple Pro Bowl selections and significant year-over-year improvements in protection metrics. Warhop also served as offensive coordinator for the World Bowl–winning London Monarchs and has extensive collegiate coaching experience across several major programs.
