Jim McNally

Jim McNally is a legendary offensive line coach with a distinguished career spanning both college football and the NFL. Best known for his 15-year tenure with the Cincinnati Bengals, McNally developed elite offensive lines anchored by Hall of Famer Anthony Muñoz and helped lead the team to multiple playoff appearances. Recognized by USA Today as “perhaps the best offensive line coach in the game,” McNally's reputation for technique, innovation, and development of pro talent is unmatched.

He also coached offensive lines for the Carolina Panthers—guiding them to an NFC Championship appearance in just their second season—along with the New York Giants, who reached the Super Bowl under his guidance, and the Buffalo Bills, where he concluded his NFL career. Prior to the NFL, McNally held key coaching roles at Marshall, Boston College, and Wake Forest.
