Justin Frye

Justin Frye is the offensive line coach for the Arizona Cardinals, joining the NFL after a decorated college coaching career. Most recently at Ohio State, Frye served as run game coordinator and offensive line coach, helping lead the Buckeyes to a national championship while coaching a unit that produced a consensus All-American, three NFL Draft picks, and one of the nation’s most efficient offenses in both pass protection and rushing.

Before Ohio State, Frye was the offensive coordinator and offensive line coach at UCLA, where the Bruins ranked among the top rushing teams in the country and led the Pac-12 in scoring during his final season. His previous stops include Boston College and Temple, where he consistently developed high-performing run games and NFL-caliber linemen.

Known for building elite offensive lines and producing balanced, physical offenses, Frye brings nearly two decades of experience across top Power 5 programs and now transitions that success to the professional level in Arizona.
