About this speaker
Mason Miller is Baylor’s offensive line coach and one of the foremost authorities on offensive line play in the Air Raid system. A longtime collaborator with Hal Mumme and Mike Leach, Miller has coached at every level of college football, producing elite offensive line units and mentoring multiple NFL Draft picks, including first-rounders Charles Cross (No. 9 overall, 2022) and Andre Dillard (2019).
In 2024, Miller engineered one of the nation's top offensive line turnarounds, elevating Baylor from 112th to 7th nationally in offensive line efficiency, with three new starters and a unit that helped the Bears average over 38 points and 481 yards per game.
Miller previously coached offensive lines at Mississippi State and Washington State, leading units that ranked among the best nationally in sacks allowed and offensive production. His 2018 WSU line was a Joe Moore Award semifinalist, allowing just 13 sacks while leading the nation in passing.
Miller has also served as offensive coordinator at Tarleton State, where his units consistently ranked in the top 25 nationally. His career includes key roles in program rebuilds and offensive overhauls at Nevada, McMurry, New Mexico State, and Southeastern Louisiana.
